About me

My career has been characterised by thematic breadth and diversity. As as ethnologist I researched microeconomic systems in Madagascar. My background of leadership responsibility has provided me with many years’ experience in management positions and the corresponding committees. In my managerial roles, I have headed up projects, and analysed and redefined processes. As an HR specialist, management consultancy and professional HR selection were part of my daily work. As a lecturer and presenter and when developing new courses, I gained a wealth of experience in self-presentation, methodological diversity and presentation techniques.

My manifold skills and experience allow me to address the most varied requests and requirements in a highly professional manner.
